With the all our packages you receive an unlimited amount of email names.
An email name is an address someone can email like info@yourbusiness.com.au or sales@yourbusiness.com.au. These are like virtual email addresses.
For example (small business package): You will be have one account (terry@instantplumbing.com.au) this is your "real" email address and is what you login to our system using. For example you will also be able to create email names and receive email that is sent to any of the following addresses:
Each year you will be sent a renewal invoice one month prior to the end of your 12 month subscription.
Account setup time and what you need to do:
Once we have the required information (provided to us through the signup page) and payment we will immediately start creating your account. The whole process normally takes no more than 72hours. Once your account is created we will send you a welcome email with all your login details to start receiving and sending emails from your new email address.
During the signup process you are also assigned an account manager. This person is there to assist you with any questions or problems you may have. You are welcome to call or email them directly at any time. Think of it as your personal buddy!

Who does this package suit:
The Small Business package is perfect for a sole operator or abusiness that only has one person accessing business email. This package provides the ability to login and check through our easy to use webmail system. This can be accessed from any computer in the world via a web browser.

Who does this package suit:
The Medium Business package is perfect for a business that has up to three people involved. This package gives you access via both webmail and desktop applications like Outlook. Each user is also able to individually check their email via the webmail from any location in the world via a web browser.
A typical configuration is shown below:
User One:
Receptionist (Mandy): Mandy's main email address is mandy@instantplumbing.com.au - she also receives email to all of the following email names:
Mandy runs Outlook in the office during the day and if anything is required at night she can login to her webmail, see all the same emails that she has in Outlook as well as the ability to send/receive new emails. These new emails will also then be visible through Outlook in the appropriate folders (ie: sent, Inbox, Drafts) when she gets to work.
In addition to having this flexibility to access email Mandy can also share email folders. This means that if she receives an email for a quote that involves Dave then she can drag it into a shared folder so both her and Dave can see and action it.
Another feature is that all emails are backed up on the server. If Mandy's computer receives a virus, hardware failure, software failure or anything rendering her emails inaccessible, she would still have a copy of ALL emails including quotes and important business documents on our servers.
User Two:
Worker (Dave): Dave's main email address is dave@instantplumbing.com.au - he also receives the emails to the following email aliases:
dave.thomas@instantpumbing.com.au - tanks@instantplumbing.com.au (the email address which his water tank supplier sends emails to)
With Dave being on the road all day he is likely to want to check his email from both the office and home. The webmail gives him this flexibility.
User Three:
Worker (Trent): Trent's main email address is trent@instantplumbing.com.au - as Trent does more commercial work he also receives emails to the following email alias:
commercial@instantplumbing.com.au
Trent is responsible for commercial clients based all around Australia, as well as attending required trade shows. This means he is always on the move. With Tag Along Mail webmail he can check his emails securely at the airport as well as from internet cafes. This means he is never out of contact and less likely to miss any opportunities.

Who does this package suit:
The Large Business package is perfect for a business that has more than three people involved. This package give you access via both webmail and desktop applications like Outlook. Each user is able to individually check their email via the webmail from any location in the world via a web browser.
The base cost of this package is $199 which includes everything in the Medium Business package, however you have the option to add as many additional email accounts as your require.
Each additional email account is $39.
Example: A breakdown of costs for a business with 60 employees.
$199 (includes 3 users) + $39 (x 57) = $2422 (inc GST) Per Year
When ordering this package you will be asked how many additional (on top of the base three) email accounts you require. We will contact you after you have placed the order to obtain each users details.
